Remember when these beautiful cloth bound classics were (see pic below) launched and were doing the rounds on all the best blogs? I was totally smitten and planned to buy the entire collection for my daughter. Yesterday on Pinterest (eek, how many hours have I clocked on there??) I saw the F.Scott Fitzgerald collection and thought how perfect and went to find out more about their designer Coralie Bickford Smith…

Coralie Bickford Smith is a senior designer at Penguin Books where she has worked for nearly 8 years, she originally studied typography at Reading University and resides in London.

Coralie has won many an award for her work and is a part time lecturer at the London College of Communication.

What a fantastic job she has, and how well she does it. I would like to get all these books, I am certainly someone who judges a book by it’s cover and these designs really make we want to read!
